Terms and Conditions Last Updated: June 6, 2025 Welcome to MorningDogs.ca. By booking a service with us, you (“Client”, “You”, “Your”) agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before proceeding. 1. Services Provided MorningDogs.ca offers: Dog Walking Dog Sitting Cat Sitting Dog Boarding All services are provided in accordance with these Terms and Conditions. 2. Service Eligibility To book services with MorningDogs.ca, your pet must: Be up-to-date on all core vaccinations, including rabies. Be registered with the City of Toronto (for dogs). Be in good general health (i.e., free from contagious illnesses or injuries). Have a temperament suitable for the service being booked. You must inform MorningDogs.ca of any health issues, injuries, behavioural concerns (e.g., aggression, reactivity, anxiety), or changes in your pet’s condition. 3. Client Responsibilities By booking with MorningDogs.ca, you agree to: Provide accurate, up-to-date information about your pet. Disclose any behavioural or health issues. Feed your pet prior to scheduled walks or inform us otherwise. Ensure all necessary gear (collar, harness, leash, coat, etc.) is in working condition and fits properly. Pay in full for services prior to service delivery. Keep emergency contact and vet information current and available. 4. Payment Terms Payments can be made in person or via e-transfer to the account provided during booking. Full payment is due upfront, before services are rendered. If you are purchasing a subscription or service package, the full amount must be paid before the first scheduled service. 5. Cancellations & Refunds Cancellations & Refunds You may cancel any service 24 Hours prior to the scheduled time and request a partial refund, provided that the service has not yet been delivered. No refunds will be given once a service has been delivered, regardless of satisfaction or outcome. MorningDogs.ca reserves the right to cancel or reschedule a service at its discretion, in which case a refund or credit will be issued. 6. Liability & Risk Acknowledgment By using our services, you acknowledge and accept the inherent risks involved in pet care services, including but not limited to: Injury to your pet or others Aggravation of behavioural issues or anxiety Damage to your pet’s belongings (leashes, collars, coats, etc.) The risk of pet theft, escape, or loss While every reasonable effort will be made to keep your pet safe and comfortable, MorningDogs.ca is not liable for injuries, illness, behavioural regression, or loss unless due to gross negligence. 7. Emergency Procedures In the event of an emergency, MorningDogs.ca will: Attempt to contact you and/or your emergency contact. Seek veterinary care if necessary, at the nearest available clinic or your designated veterinarian. You are responsible for any associated veterinary costs. 8. Privacy & Data Handling We collect personal and pet-related information solely for the purpose of delivering safe, customized services. This may include: Contact details Payment and billing information Pet health and behaviour history Emergency contact and veterinary information We will not sell or share your data with third parties unless required by law or for emergency care purposes. 9. Changes to Terms MorningDogs.ca may update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued use of services constitutes your agreement to the most current version. 10.
